NH Cali Royal

I like the spacious indoor and outdoor door sitting area of the restaurant. I say poolside every night there. The best part of the stay was definitely Natahly at the spa. I had nearly a 3 hour massage and facial done by her and she’s absolutely amazing. From start to finish she did an amazing job and I actually had her 3 months ago when I stayed at this property. I plan on going back again to Colombia again and 1st thing I do is booking the spa day with her. The food is fantastic at the Restaraunt and staff is amazing there. I wish I could remember his name but at the restaurant there was a nice older gentleman waiter I had he took amazing care of all my special needs going above and beyond. My last night there having dinner he even gave me a beautiful leather brown wallet he made to go with my purse he saw me with every night. This is a must go to place. There is a wonderful mall a few steps away outside the front door which I frequent a lot as well. Perfect place for a solo traveler like myself. Thank you to all the staff. I went to a 2nd location the last part of my trip my kept wanting to go back for the massage.. Haha

From Reinal who picked me at the airport, to the bellhops, specially the one that speaks english, the front desk clerks, the restaurant crew, the maids, the security guards...N H Cali Royal is by far one of the bests hotels I have stayed in, and 80% is due to the excellent pesonnel that the hotel has. I wish I could remember all their names, to the few I remeber and congratulate are Reinal, Margarita, Alejandro, Joser Stiven, Valentina, and Luiyi. To the management team...keep your excellent execution. Of my many travels to Colombia, Cali felt like home. Exceptional facilities, professional staff, location..NH Cali Royal has it all. I will definetly return.

The kindness and warmth of the people who serve both at reception and at the restaurant is exceptional. The hotel is located in the southern part of Cali close to several shopping centers. I felt safe in this area. The hotel has a very nice pool and eating area with view to the pool and palm trees. The rooms are large and with all you need. The Wifi works well. The restaurant serves excellent dishes.

Great location! Close to Unicentro and a great local bakery right around the corner. Nice lobby, restaurant, and pool area. Our room had a view of the mountains which was really a nice perk. The cab-suv company affiliated with the hotel is a great service.

The facilities were ok, the continental breakfast was great, the bed was comfy and clean, nice view, and the staff was fantastic! The highlight of the hotel is Juancho, the hotel's cat. He was the politest food beggar and just soo cute. Also, It is great that they are trying to offset their carbon footprint by using solar panels, but get ready to have unreliable hot water.
